Thats what I did.

Having sold Heavy Equipment in the Municipal space, there were 2 things that stood out to me;

1. Everyone said they were understaffed and didn’t have enough budget.

2. Aging workforce and not enough competent youngsters to backfill the retirees.

So I knew there was room for Vitendo. I knew there was a space for something simple that could take the complexities out of operations.

S.O.P.’s don’t have to be this long and daunting PDF.

Why not a video?

Thats how we learn today anyways.

Also, custom video makes more sense than canned, cookie-cutter video.
